I was checking in on Twitter earlier today and came across a tweet by someone that said he was enjoying some sprouted pumpkin seeds and a cup of green tea. That sounded so good, and I happened to have some pumpkin seeds I had just dehydrated and then a cup of green tea was calling my name! However, I also had some goji berries that I thought would be delicious with the pumpkin seeds.
I had soaked my pumpkin seeds for about five hours and had added some sea salt to the water. I then poured off the salt water and dehydrated the seeds till they were deliciously crunchy. Then just mix with some goji berries for a delicious sweet and salty snack.
So let’s see how good this snack is for you…Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron copper and protein. The goji berry is a nutrient-dense superfood rich in antioxidants and is high in polysaccharides, which can help maintain normal cell growth and may help slow the aging process.
So, yeah…I’ll take two handfuls of that stuff, thanks.

great blog thank you
