I made the most delicious spicy raw smoothie. And it was so simple:

1 banana
4 dates
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
sprinkle of ginger powder
pinch of sea salt
dash of vanilla
handful of raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup water

I let the Vita Mix run for about a minute or so to warm up the drink. What a delicious way to end the day.
